Adult Travel Parties:

 

Please note: Private "In-Studio" Parties are on hold due to Covid19.  Until then, please consider booking a Travel Paint Party where we can bring the party to you (South Suburban locations in Illinois and Indiana ONLY) - Safety Practices and Social Distancing will be required. We are also offering Pre-Sketched Take-Home Canvases, with step-by-step instructions.

Adult "Travel" Party (Package Details):
​
  • Paint Instructor teaching your guests step-by-step;
  • Room Assistant;
  • 16x20 canvases included for all paid guests;
  • Use of paint, brushes, aprons, and other paint materials;
  • 3 hour party;
  • You are welcome to BYOB and bring food, cake/cupcakes, and other beverages for your guests (an ID is required for all persons drinking alcohol);
  • You choose the Painting from our paintings gallery or we can create a themed painting for you;
  • Perk: Party hostess will receive the painter's completed painting;
  • Perk: We pre-sketch each canvas to allow for a stress-free experience;
  • Perk: Pictures are taken during the party (if desired);
  • Perk: A raffle will be held during the party;

"Travel" Private Party Costs:

  • $35 per adult.
  • Minimum of 10 Painters Required.
  • No Maximum - you can have as many guests as your space can hold.
  • We bring everything to you, except tables and chairs.
  • Final participant count must be confirmed the day before your event. You can raise the participant count after this confirmation; however, you can not reduce the count after final confirmation.
  • Instructors arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early to setup for travel parties.
  • There is a Travel Fee assessed to all TRAVEL parties. The Travel Fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Please call into the studio to discuss travel fees based upon your specific location.
  • $50 deposit (plus the travel fee) are both due at the time of booking.
  • Your deposit will be credited to your final balance (yes - we give it back to you).

 

Other Details:

  • Payment for the total confirmed is due when we arrive, prior to setup of your party.  As such, we encourage requesting payments from your guests BEFORE your party date.
  • Setup times are noted above. If you need extra time to setup, you can add time onto your party at a cost of $50 per extra 30 minutes. Hostess must request extra time when registering.
  • Remember to bring/have utensils (forks, plates, cups, wine glasses, ice, ice buckets, etc.), if necessary.

 

*As always - you and your guests will have an Instructor-Led, Self-Painted Colorful Canvas to take home after the event!!!**

Deposit:

A $50 deposit is required to book the event and secure your private party date/time. The deposit is refundable if the private party is cancelled within 3 calendar days (Day 1 is the date of booking). After 3 calendar days, the deposit is non-refundable; however, you are allowed to change the party date ONCE without losing the deposit. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your party on the day of the event. Deposits are higher during holiday weekends. If you attempt to move your party date twice - you forfeit your deposit entirely. **There are no refunds allowed if you cancel your party less than 7 days before the party date (or if you are a NO-SHOW), regardless of when the party was booked (e.g., you forfeit the 3 day grace period for refunds). However, we will allow a ONE-TIME transfer of your deposit to another day if you call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the party date.

**Colorful Canvas Art Parties is available to host a BYOB Adult or Child Paint Party in our Paint Studio (3612 Lincoln Highway, Olympia Fields, IL. - which is the town right next to Matteson, IL.).
